All Homeys are shipped out together on the same day, usually the day of order.  We use a Royal Mail 24/48 non-trackable service.

All deliveries will be sent to the Shipping Address supplied on the order form during the checkout process.  This address cannot be amended unless an email is received before the shipment has been sent. When you receive your confirmation email, please ensure your Shipping Details are correct.  We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses and will not refund or resupply the order.

The delivery costs are as follows:

UK - FREE Europe - £6.00 World - £9.00


Delivery Times

For mainland UK we aim to deliver within 5 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 7 working days.

If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.

For overseas delivery please allow up to 28 days. Delivery times will vary depending on country and Customs.


Payment Options

Payments can be made securely via Sagepay. No registration is required. You are free to checkout as a guest if you like.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered as displayed at the checkout plus the delivery charge.



We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable, unworn condition within 14 days of dispatch, we will not refund or exchange after this period. We do not accept ANY worn returns after 3 months. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.

- Items must be in their original unused condition;

- Items must be sent in their original packaging;

- Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch;

- Items must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) within 14 days of dispatch. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.

Delivery is non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item, delivery will be charged on the replacement item. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. Faulty items are at the discretion of Homeys Ltd.

Homeys will not be responsible for damage that occurs during the return process.

Homeys accept no responsibility for any returns lost in transit and therefore recommend all returns be sent by registered post. Details of where to send your returns will be supplied with your order. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Please note that your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from receipt of your return. Once Homeys receives processes and accepts your return, you will receive an e-mail, which confirms your refund. After the e-mail confirmation, the refund will be processed according to the criteria stated above.
